More UFO's are listed:

And in othe news...

Am working on the update of the look of my professional portofolio. Hmmm, and my quilting will be a big influence, though it may not be recognized in the final product. Must use motifs that are resounding with me now. My portfolio was designed over a decade ago, and feels it when I look at it.

My Eames quilts is a basis of inspiration for my new direction...

Wall of delights

Now that I've embarked on listing all my UFOs, I think I need to balance the equation and list all my COMPLETED quilts too. I've give a few away and have been good about photographing them as I've gone along. I used to maintain a web page, but it currently has cobwebs because the technology got away from me. The cool think is that I had listed the Quilt, and all the shows it has been in. Time to do that again... now lets see...

Shopping

Mom and I went to two quilt stores this weekend ...AND DIDN'T BUY A BIT OF FABRIC... Isn't that amazing! We both know that our stashes are so big that we can never use it up ...unless... I have a designated project I am working towards. Really, that is the only time I can justify buying more fabric, because inevitably I will find that I need one shade of fabric I don't already have. And then I just love the thrill of the hunt!

Stash Busting

My guild is going to have a ufo/stashbusting challenge. Oh Lordy! Do I have UFO's...I start something, either it doesn't work or I get bored and start something new...but I have left soooo many unfinished projects in my wake! What an inspiration!

Well, I woke up super early this moring (so much for the plan of sleeping in...) and all I can think about is FABRIC and all the UFO's I have. I tried to do an inventory in my head but I am sure that once I go spelunking into all my boxes I am going to find some juicy ones that I've completely forgotten. How am I going to inventory them. Photographing them seems best, then I will have an instant visual of all the mayhem I have started.

I am really excited about this, and I will have to think of what I will do with the completed quilts now....
